We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. the room was spacious and the shower was absolutely amazing. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. a superb experience.
It would have been more convenient if there was a lift available on higher floors.

The breakfast was tasty and the location convenient for my business meeting. , the room was spacious and the shower was amazing!
The TV did not work and despite staff informing someone, it was not fixed. I also asked for an extra blanket due to the heating being off, but this was not provided.

The room was spacious and the shower was excellent. the staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. We found the location to be convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions.
there was no lift to our room on the 3rd floor, which was not mentioned on the website.

I had a good stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. The shower was fantastic, easily a 10 out of 10. The hotel staff were really good - they were helpful and hospitable, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made my experience nice.
Nothing it is perfect.
